Michael is a strategy and operational excellence professional with over 20 years’ experience in Global Banks Capital & Financial Markets divisions as a senior operational leader in key business-driver roles across UK, Europe, APAC and MENA.

In addition to his line roles, Michael  has delivered complex industry change programmes such as LIBOR Transition, CSDR, GDPR, China Connect, MIFID, CASS, SOX, Saudi Capital Markets opening and TARGET2.
